This hotel was just across from the ocean, providing a stunning view from my spacious room. The newly renovated and very clean accommodations were also a pleasant surprise. The staff was attentive and the basic amenities were provided, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast included had the best batter ever for waffles, a delightful way to start the day.

No improvement necessary, all was perfect.

Stephen at the front desk - welcoming and kind. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Clean and carpetless floors. Most comfortable bed with quality sheets. Good location. Excellent free breakfast with fresh and tasty options. Attentive and friendly staff.

Comfy and unique position, I liked staying in this place.

Location: the hotel was very close to Dana Point and the beach and California.

I had a great stay at this hotel on the shore. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location just across from the ocean. The staff was friendly and I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, including a nice bathroom with a full jacuzzi tub and a view of the water. The breakfast was included and had the best batter ever for the waffles.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

Hotel by the beach, just a walk across the street. Location is great. The exterior of the Hotel is dated and needs an upgrade. Rooms are large and very clean, but some what dated as well. Beds are comfortable.

Breakfast is still served daily and check in employees were helpful.

It has perfect rooms with a whirlpool tub and the bathroom and nice view.

Across from beach, no pool but jacuzzi available. Pleasant breakfast staff, fresh eggs, easy check in/out. Perfect location, clean rooms, quiet at night, good price.

trains pass by, the road is also very close, there were only 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity... I can't judge anything else.

My stay at Best Western was fantastic! I spent a relaxing weekend at the hotel and enjoyed its excellent location directly across from the ocean. The charming and small hotel provided a comfortable and personalized experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the decor and plant life on the property added a unique touch. The water fountains were a lovely addition as well. Despite the absence of a pool, the hotel offered great value, especially considering its affordable price. The room was equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the hotel provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Stephen at the front desk, were incredibly welcoming and kind. They helped us get our laptop connected to the WiFi without any issues. The hotel was impeccably clean, with carpet-less floors that made it feel extra clean. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept on, with quality sheets that added to the overall comfort.

The breakfast was typically American, Spartan, but I had expected nothing else, so it was okay. It was a little noisy, that actually bothered me a bit. You've heard every step of the guests above you. We had asked the maids to come back in 10 minutes and they have been waiting in front of the door, unpleasant.

The hotel is a great value for money with attention to detail, and located right on the shore which offers breathtaking views. The basic amenities are covered, and the rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The staff is exceedingly friendly with exceptional service. The breakfast served is amazing, and the pancake batter is the best ever!

The breakfast provided was excellent, with delicious eggs and coffee. The location is great and within walking distance to many restaurants and a grocery store. I loved the large room with partial ocean view and complimentary toiletries. The staff were helpful and accommodating, providing underground parking.
